We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Operations Manager to lead and execute operational projects as part of the Global Product & Technology organization (GPTO) Business Operations team. This role will partner with Product and Engineering leaders to facilitate and improve key GPTO processes (e.g. Product Intake and Prioritization, Roadmap management and Product Development Process).

Your Impact:

  • Product Operations: Improve Product Development processes, tools/AI and reporting best practices. Lead quarterly product intake, prioritization and roadmap planning process with GPTO and Go to market key stakeholders. Enhance existing roadmap reporting, improve automated reporting from a system of record (e.g. JIRA Align).
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, tracking progress against key milestones. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and tools. Assess the impact of operational changes and partner with key stakeholder groups such as Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Professional Services and Go To market operations to address challenges proactively. Create and deliver operationalization plans that incorporate comms, enablement material, training and executive level reporting to drive cross-org awareness and adoption of new processes, systems and Tooling/AI.
  • Process Improvement: Lead process improvement workshops and mapping of end to end processes to identify key pain points. Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure adoption. Build and operationalize new frameworks, reporting and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and present key information to senior leaders to drive alignment and secure buy-in for change initiatives. Build trust and relationships with key stakeholders in product and technology teams to align on priorities and deliver strategic goals. Build and maintain key documentation using traditional tools such as PowerPoint, Confluence and Excel and propose productivity improvement using AI tools.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data and metrics to assess process performance and drive improvements. Prioritise pain points and calculate ROI for improvement opportunities.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Ops or Business Operations within a Product or Technology organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and change management frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies (certifications in PMP, Agile, or PROSCI is preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Lean Six Sigma fundamentals.
  • Experience managing large-scale organizational changes.
