3-6 years of experience in gathering requirements, documenting collected requirements in a document system. Understand the complexities, business priorities, and importance of requirements and inform senior management to allocate proper resources to address them in a timely manner.
Strong domain experience and business knowledge in Payments, Cards, and Digital Banking. Analysing business needs and requirements in order to build large scale fintech products in banking, processing platform, digital wallet provider and payment gateway.
Prioritising product backlog, planning sprints, and resource coordination of development process. Working directly with product owners, developers and QA Engineers as a team. Providing technical support for business units. Developing and maintaining product documentation.
Technical Knowledge and Requirements: Experience working in a Techno-Functional capacity handling development tools like JIRA, MS Powerpoint or related software. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile approach to product development.
Ability to conduct project scrum meetings, scribe, assign tasks and track deliverables and deadlines to ensure successful completion of milestones. Provide weekly and monthly project status report indicating possible risks or issues to senior management.

Work Hours: 9AM-6PM GMT+1
