Location: West London

Contract: Full-time

Experience: 3+ years

Salary review: At 6 months

About the role:

Two brands. Two distinct identities. One creative to bring them both to life across every platform, format and screen. CasaVera is a luxury interiors label by Anamorphic & Co., with an 8,500 sq ft Experience Centre in West London showcasing the world's finest home furnishings, decor and design. Anamorphic & Co. is a full turnkey construction, architecture and interior design company with nearly four decades of experience delivering landmark residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.

This is not a pure design role and it is not a pure video role. We are looking for a creative all‑rounder who can plan, shoot, edit, design and publish content independently across both brands. From short‑form reels and project case study films to printed catalogues, paid ad creative and website assets, you will own the full content output of two premium brands end to end.

What you will do:

  • Plan and produce content across all formats and platforms for both CasaVera and Anamorphic & Co., including social media posts, stories, reels, paid ads, email campaigns, website assets and printed materials.
  • Shoot photography and video in the Experience Centre and on-site at residential and commercial projects, capturing spaces, products, materials and the people behind the work.
  • Edit and produce video content independently to a polished, brand‑appropriate standard, including short‑form reels, product highlights, project case studies and in‑Experience Centre display content.
  • Design all social media creative across Instagram, Facebook and Eurostaffs for both brands, maintaining visual consistency and a design‑led sensibility at all times.
  • Create and update seasonal product catalogues, brand brochures and lookbooks for both labels, from layout and typography through to print‑ready files.
  • Design and maintain digital assets for both websites, including banners, landing pages, imagery and product presentation.
  • Produce printed and digital materials for the Experience Centre, including signage, point‑of‑sale, event collateral and display content.
  • Write or contribute to captions, content briefs and copy across social media and marketing materials where required.
  • Manage and develop brand assets, templates, logo libraries and design guidelines for both brands.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to plan content calendars, campaign assets and shoot schedules, and deliver everything on time without close supervision.

What we are looking for:

  • 3 or more years of professional experience across content creation, video production and graphic design in a commercial setting.
  • A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating real‑world work across video, photography and design. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Confident behind a camera, whether shooting stills or video, with a good eye for composition, light and space.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent, with the ability to produce polished, finished content independently.
  • Solid graphic design skills across Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook and Eurostaffs, with an understanding of what performs on each platform.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across two brands and meet deadlines without close supervision.
  • A genuine passion for interiors, architecture, design or the built environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with a luxury interiors, property or premium lifestyle brand.
  • Motion graphics skills or experience with After Effects.
  • Familiarity with email marketing design and HTML templates.
  • Experience designing for websites, ideally with working knowledge of Shopify, WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing or contributing to brand guidelines and asset libraries.

What we offer:

  • Salary of £24,420.00 – £32,000.00 per year, dependent on experience, with a salary review at 6 months and a yearly bonus based on performance.
  • Full creative ownership across content, video and design for two complementary premium brands from day one.
  • A small, high‑standards team with no unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.
  • A beautiful 8,500 sq ft Experience Centre in West London surrounded by exceptional design and craftsmanship as your daily working environment.
  • Direct exposure to luxury interiors, high‑end construction projects and aspirational client work.
  • A portfolio of real depth and range that would take years to build elsewhere.

Benefits:

  • Free parking
  • On‑site parking
  • UK visa sponsorship

How to apply:

Please note: applications without a portfolio or showreel will not be considered. Both are mandatory. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a brief trial project before a formal offer is made. Please only apply if you are willing to undertake this as part of the process.
