About the Role
We are looking for a QA Officer to join our Quality Assurance team and support the continued compliance and improvement of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting audits, managing non-conformances, and ensuring product release processes run smoothly. This is a full-time onsite role (Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00) based in Bicester.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the ISO9001 Quality Management System to ensure full compliance.
- Carry out product release checks and ensure timely approval of batches.
- Lead non‑conformance, complaint and technical change investigations with effective CAPA follow‑through.
- Coordinate internal audits and support external/third‑party audit activities.
- Support document control, EQMS updates, KPI reporting and equipment reviews.
- Record and report cleanroom monitoring data, including environmental and temperature readings, room pressures and water system checks.
- Provide quality/compliance guidance to colleagues and support the QA Manager as required.
Your Profile
- Minimum one year of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- Working knowledge of ISO9001 and hands‑on experience supporting QMS activities.
- Experience with CAPA, complaints and non‑conformance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
- Strong organization, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
What we Offer
- Competitive salary starting from £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Holiday entitlement of 25 days per calendar year, plus 8 bank holidays.
- 3 days of the holiday entitlement are reserved to be used between Christmas and New Year.
- Holiday entitlement increases with service, adding an additional day at 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 years.
