The Talent Acquisition team (TA) at Analysys Mason is made of dedicated TA specialists. We use our expertise and skills to develop and implement the most efficient, reliable, effective and unbiased TA strategy possible.
Our rapid growth is driving a high number of vacancies, many of which are linked to newly formed teams and practices. To support this growth, we are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to source talent and create pipelines to fill our vacancies across Consulting, Research and Sales, focusing on mid-level positions. You will also identify talent in the market to build a strong forward-looking pipeline of candidates and enabling us to hire with speed and confidence. You will be managing candidates from first contact to offer stage, providing the candidate experience they deserve while showcasing why we are an Employer of Choice.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering our recruitment strategy to meet short-, mid- and long-term hiring needs mostly across mid-level roles.
- Sourcing, pipelining and engaging candidates efficiently using a broad range of tools and approaches beyond traditional methods.
- Managing the candidate journey end to end from first contact through to offer, start date and onboarding, ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
- Managing speculative applications, silver medallists, referrals and other prospective candidates to ensure we do not miss out on great talent.
- Building, maintaining and engaging talent pools and networks of relevant market talent aligned with ongoing business needs.
- Driving the recruitment process from briefing meetings through to offer stage, working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Building strong, trusted and influential relationships with internal stakeholders to support effective and timely hiring decisions.
- Providing market intelligence including competitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks and insights into talent movements.
- Strengthening employer branding and market presence to support attraction and sourcing efforts.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting, improving key metrics such as time to fill, time to process and offer acceptance rates.
- Supporting wider recruitment initiatives including referral schemes, talent diversification efforts and graduate recruitment when required.
