As an expert in the space sector, you will be at the forefront of the industry. You will create insightful, original thought-leading content and reports that will be used by globally recognised businesses in their decision-making processes. You will gather and analyse data, produce valuable insight and present it to your team and clients via presentations or visualisation tools. Depending on your experience, you will progressively have sole responsibility for an entire field of study.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting data via desk-based research
  • Researching market developments to identify trends and draw conclusions on future outlooks
  • Analysing data and formulating a qualitative opinion based on that analysis
  • Excel modelling and forecasting including working with and manipulating large data sets
  • Researching industry’s hot topics
  • Writing original research content on specific topics
  • Presenting your findings to team members and clients
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders in the industry with the support of your manager
  • Proactively developing your market knowledge by tracking industry developments, including attending events and webinars.

As a minimum, you need to have experience in a research role in the space industry, where you researched the industry, and created original, thought-leading content.
