Job Description
Our London practice has ambitious plans to develop and significantly expand our Private Equity capability in the region. This will involve delivering high‐impact projects such as due diligence work and value creation in TMT, including B2B tech‐enabled services, software, telecoms, mobility, or digital health. To support our growth, you will be joining our global pool of strategy consultants, and you will lead both local and international projects as our teams work in partnership across the world. As Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the management and delivery of projects, however you will also contribute to business development activities. You will play a significant role in the career development and mentoring of project teams, as well as line‐management of team members. You will be a trusted advisor to mid and large cap equity funds, and you will work on projects that include due diligence and M&A, value creation, strategy design and business planning. You will lead a wide range of projects that vary in terms of topic, size and time‐frame. Responsibilities
- Managing and delivering projects across the TMT industries, focusing on due diligence and M&A, value creation, strategy design and business planning.
- Managing a diverse range of project types across a range of different geographies.
- Controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects.
- Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support project delivery and sales.
- Identifying exciting new investment opportunities using sector strategies, target screening and market trend analysis.
- Building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your expertise.
- Proactively inspiring high levels of performance from project teams.
- Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line‐managing team members.
Qualifications
