Content Editors are responsible for reviewing and refining these documents, ensuring that clients receive high-quality, reliable information.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Content Editor on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
As a Content Editor, your contribution will impact client satisfaction and the reputation of Analysys Mason. Your work will directly influence how our clients perceive and engage with our content and deliverables, making this a truly impactful position.
You will work with thought leaders and industry analysts, refining their deliverables, articles and perspectives to ensure they are original and engaging, while also meeting our rigorous standards for accuracy and clarity.
You will have structural editing responsibilities, organising content to ensure it flows logically and is easy to follow. You will enhance readability, improve transitions and maintain consistency in tone, style and terminology. Your efforts will make complex information more accessible and engaging for our audience.
Additionally, you will ensure all content, including our website material, adheres to brand guidelines and incorporates visual elements such as graphs and images to enhance its appeal. By delivering polished and professional materials, you will play a key role in maintaining the value and success of our online content subscription service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- reviewing and editing research content to ensure consistency with house style, tone of voice and writing conventions, while maintaining clarity and professionalism
- preparing and refining visual elements, including charts, graphics and layouts, to align with best practices and enhance the effectiveness of reports and presentations
- collaborating with in-house authors to provide feedback and guidance on improving their output for clarity, structure and impact
- working closely with the Marketing and Design teams to prepare, review and ensure the quality of content for publication
- uploading and publishing content to the company website, ensuring consistency in presentation, structure and navigation
- maintaining website functionality by updating links, landing pages and archived material, as well as ensuring smooth user experience and flow.
