Our sector expertise includes telecoms, digital infrastructure, software, IT services, space, defence, manufacturing and logistics. Since 1985 we have grown to 400+ professionals across 17 offices in 13 countries, and our experts have delivered work in more than 140 countries. We built our reputation on deep analytical insight and advanced economic modelling.

Over more than four decades, Analysys Mason has evolved into a trusted adviser to businesses, investors and governments worldwide. Our experts deliver high-impact results and transformative change across our clients’ most critical strategic, regulatory, technology, transaction and transformation initiatives.

Our vision is to be the leading authority and catalyst for digital change, connectivity and inclusion. We help businesses, governments and investors use technology to create a world that is more connected, competitive, sustainable and secure.

This is a role where strategy meets delivery. You will be instrumental in strengthening Analysys Mason’s client relationships, by designing and delivering impactful events that bring our expertise to life and creating meaningful connections with senior executive audiences.

Supporting our Marketing Campaign and Brand Managers, you will work closely with colleagues across the business to plan, organise and deliver events that raise brand awareness, deepen client engagement and contribute to the commercial success of Analysys Mason. The role will cover Analysys Mason-hosted events and our involvement in external industry events, conferences and sponsorship opportunities.

You will collaborate with our consulting, research, digital, content and design teams to ensure every event is aligned with our strategic priorities and delivers maximum impact across all channels. You will also work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to build a more consistent and coordinated approach to events, sharing best practice and helping teams maximise the value of client interactions.

This is a hybrid role where you will meet with your team in the London office at least twice a week, building strong relationships with your team and the wider business. You will be reporting to the Marketing Director.

Your role will be key to Analysys Mason’s growth trajectory, and your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across consulting and research to shape and deliver events aligned to strategic growth priorities
  • Owning the end to end planning and delivery of events, including agendas, budgets, suppliers, logistics and attendee experience
  • Managing speakers, invitations, communications and promotion across relevant marketing channels
  • Developing compelling event content, messaging and agendas for senior executive audiences, working closely with Marketing and Design
  • Using CRM and audience insight to inform event targeting, engagement and follow up
  • Managing relationships with external event organisers, partners and suppliers
  • Capturing outcomes after events, sharing leads and insights, and tracking performance and ROI
  • Driving a consistent, centrally coordinated approach to events across offices

We recognise and celebrate the fact that not everybody is the same, and we value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets you will add to our team.

For this specific role, we are looking for the following skillset:

  • Significant experience in a B2B or professional services environment, ideally from a marketing background, with a strong focus on events, client engagement and relationship management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior colleagues and external partners in a global context
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and demonstrate ROI
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, social media or event management platforms (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or LinkedIn tools is an advantage)
  • A client first mindset, with a passion for creating impactful and memorable client experiences

On top of an exciting opportunity, we offer many attractive benefits, including:

  • Annual bonus
  • 25 days of annual leave
  • Employer pension contribution
  • Enhanced maternity leave
  • Enhanced family leave (paternity, adoption, shared, etc)
  • Private health and dental care
  • Your birthday off
  • Stepped career progression
  • Continuous training for professional and personal development
  • Career coaching programmes

We are proud to be an equal‑opportunities employer and ensure fair work practices for all our employees, clients, candidates and other associated persons.
