We are offering a flexible summer placement of around two months, based in our London office on a hybrid basis. During the internship, you will work directly with our Digital Transformation Solutions team, receiving hands-on support and mentoring as you explore how AI can transform the way a modern consultancy works. This is a behind-the-scenes, build-focused role. Rather than client-facing work, you will be experimenting, designing and creating AI-powered solutions that make our teams work smarter and be more productive. You will get exposure to real tools and real challenges, and learn how we turn emerging AI technology into practical capability that delivers value across the business.

During your time with us, you will get involved in some of the following:

  • designing and building AI agents, including productivity-focused agents
  • working with SharePoint to streamline how we manage and use information
  • experimenting with leading AI tools such as Copilot and Claude to solve complex tasks
  • sharing what you learn and helping shape how we use AI across our teams
  • and more...

If you are a curious, self-motivated problem solver with a genuine passion for AI, then this is the right role for you. You are currently studying computer science or a related subject at university, or have already completed your degree, and are looking for a flexible summer internship lasting around two months in summer 2026. We are looking for someone who already uses AI tools such as Copilot, Claude or others regularly, and who has gone beyond the basics to tackle more complex, hands-on projects. Most importantly, you are genuinely excited about AI and eager to explore what it can do.

This role is based in our London office on a hybrid basis. You must be fluent in English. We are proud to be an equal-opportunities employer and ensure fair work practices for all our people, clients, candidates or other associated persons.
