The Service and Installation Engineer is responsible for the installation and maintenance of advanced image and detection systems at Heathrow Airport. - Perform upgrades, retrofits and removals aligning with engineering changes.
- Conduct maintenance and provide technical support on equipment and systems.
- Assess performance and recommend modifications or enhancements.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and service professionals.

Education, Work Experience, Skills and Competencies Requirements:
- Electrical, mechanical, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in troubleshooting, repair, and field service.
- Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and passport for international travel.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport ID Badge and necessary security clearances, including public trust clearance.
- UK citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Must be able to work variable hours and perform manual handling tasks.
