About Us

AnalogFolk is a global digitally native creative agency, independently owned since 2008. We have talented Folk across offices in London, Amsterdam, New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney.

We deliver progressive solutions that change people\’s lives and fuel brand growth. We’re proud to partner with some of the world’s most respected and influential brands, including Nike, Diageo, L’Oreal, Meta, Tommy Hilfiger and Amazon.

Here are just a few of the notable accolades our globally-recognised work has received: The Drum’s Most Awarded Agency in EMEA; Campaign’s UK and Global Digital Innovation Agency of the Year; Contagious Pioneers Best and Bravest Agencies on the Planet; and a Fast Company award for a World Changing Idea.

In 2024, we made significant strides in ensuring AnalogFolk remains a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial agency. We\’ve transitioned to a new structure focused on simplicity, agility, and putting our next generation of talent and leaders at the core of the business.

We now operate within a POD structure, organized around client portfolios, each led by a senior Client Lead (Associate Client Partner). This POD system allows us to:

  1. Establish a flatter structure with less hierarchy and greater autonomy
  2. Foster a model centred on nurturing the next generation of talent
  3. Empower leaders with full accountability to shape, grow, and direct their client portfolios
  4. Create fully accountable and empowered project teams that manage every aspect of their projects from start to finish

We’ve integrated our client services and delivery teams into one cohesive Client Delivery team. This unified team ensures that all work is executed to the highest standards, supporting each Client Leader by managing the full delivery process. This allows our Client Leaders to focus on driving client strategy, fostering client development, and accelerating growth.

In parallel we also developed a new proposition for AnalogFolk, ‘Open Ideas’. Through this, we are helping brands be vibrant in digital culture.

Join a leading digital creative agency with an outstanding portfolio of clients, including Meta, Costa, Diageo, L’Oreal, HSBC, Visa, Bayer, and Innocent, to name a few. Our team is made up of exceptional talent spanning strategy, creative, design, customer experience, and delivery—bringing energy, passion, and innovation to everything we do. As we celebrate 17 years as an independent agency, we’re looking for like-minded individuals to help us craft brilliant ideas and drive impactful results. Ready to be part of our journey? Let’s create something extraordinary together.
