You\’ll join a team (local and global) that shares a genuine passion for defining and developing products that are fundamentally changing the world of transportation and energy. Helping create software products comprised of real-time, embedded software to cloud-based analytics, you\’ll help Analog Devices drive the future of automotive – Intelligence at the Edge.Responsibilities Help define and specify new embedded software for ADI automotive electrification products – battery management systems in particular.Design, develop and test scalable, high quality automotive embedded software and system products.Implement novel, efficient software technologies to improve product throughput.Develop separate elements of software that work well in the program as a whole.Collaborate and interact with other functional teams.Some travel ( Requirements BS/MS in Electrical, Computer and Systems Engineering.Newly graduated or with a few years\’ experience of embedded software product development.Strengths in all aspects of software development and software lifecycle.Possess strong communication skills and preference for delivering as part of a team.Have a bias for action and work in collaboration with others to deliver results.Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of software, applications, system, marketing and product engineers with wide-ranging backgrounds, cultures, and geographies.Strong C/C++ and proficiency in Python.Knowledge of embedded microcontrollers and real-time operating systems.Desirable Knowledge of lithium-ion Battery Management Systems.Experience with Matlab/Simulink and Embedded Coder.Agile development methods including use of Confluence/Jira/Jama tools.Knowledge/experience with development process (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262) compliance.Experience in automotive OEM/Tier 1/2 customer engagements.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices may require export licensing approval.
