This is an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist firm that represents major credit hire companies and handles a broad range of RTA, personal injury, and credit hire recovery claims. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling RTA and Credit Hire litigation matters
- Proven ability to manage a caseload of 150–200 pre- and post-litigated files
- Strong understanding of the MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track processes
- Working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Experience in personal injury and credit hire recovery
- Excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve billing / litigation targets
- Proclaim system experience preferred
