Solicitor – Retrain Opportunity Leeds | 4+ PQE | £50,000+ DOE Role Overview A leading litigation practice is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Leeds office as part of a senior solicitor leadership group. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with proven experience working in a process driven environment to take on a broader supervisory role supporting team performance, technical excellence and departmental growth, while managing a smaller complex caseload. The role focusses on debt recovery work but prior experience in this is not a necessity. Our client is looking for solicitors with good analytical skills who are interested in supervising and driving team performance. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed You will have: 4+ years PQE. Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach Previous mentoring or supervisory experience Willingness to train and develop as a specialist debt recovery solicitor The role will involve: Supervising and auditing the work of more junior case handlers in the department on debt recovery work Managing your own smaller caseload of higher value debt recovery and commercial dispute work Advising clients on strategy, risk and outcomes Drafting statements of case, applications and witness statements Supporting junior team members and assisting with team performance Working closely with senior leadership on quality and process improvement What’s On Offer?
