Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 per annum

As a Senior Associate, you will handle high-value clinical negligence cases, acting on behalf of NHS and private healthcare clients. You will also supervise paralegals, providing guidance and support in case management. The role involves working closely with NHS Resolution and managing a range of complex clinical negligence cases. The position offers flexible hybrid working options.

Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:

• Must be qualified with 5+ years PQE
• Extensive experience in Defendant Clinical Negligence
• Strong understanding of NHS Resolution procedures
• Proven ability to manage complex cases with a focus on clinical negligence
• Experience supervising and mentoring paralegals
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships
• Strong organisational and case management skills
