Working in a specialist team dealing with a variety of conveyancing transactions you will focus mainly on development work, assisting house building clients with their various needs. You are likely to have some experience in site acquisitions, planning agreements, plot sales and management schemes. This role is not suitable for candidates who deal with traditional home conveyancing. Candidates who are over 3 years experience are likely to be of most interest.
