Private Client Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE)

Role Overview :

A well-established law firm with strong regional roots and growing national presence is seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor to join their East Lancashire team. You will manage a varied caseload, advising clients locally and nationally on wills, estate planning, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. This hybrid role offers exposure to a diverse client base and opportunities to develop your career in private client law.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed :

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE)
• Experience in drafting wills and estate planning
• Probate administration experience
• Knowledge of Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Proactive and collaborative approach
