A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Credit Hire Litigation Executive or Solicitor to join its Manchester-based team on a hybrid working basis. This role offers a high level of autonomy, managing a caseload of Defendant Credit Hire and RTA matters from pre-litigation through to full litigation. You will support corporate clients and insurers in defending claims, using a bespoke case management system to progress files efficiently and achieve favourable outcomes through negotiation or trial. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience handling Defendant Credit Hire and RTA litigation matters
- Proven ability to manage a litigated caseload independently
