The role involves managing a caseload of pre- and post-litigated RTA, EL, and PL matters from instruction through to conclusion. - Proven experience as a Personal Injury Fee Earner
- Experience managing own caseload of RTA, EL, and PL claims
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures

- Ability to progress cases from inception to conclusion
- Experience using case management systems
