You’ll handle a broad mix of freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity while delivering exceptional client care and supporting the wider team. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Experience with digital workflows and case management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Organised, methodical and able to prioritise
- Experience supervising or mentoring support staff is advantageous
