Top regional firm are looking to expand their commercial property team. Ideally you will be 5 years pqe or more and have previous experience of managing a case load which includes:
- sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds
- licence matters
- grants and taking of leases
- general management work
- acquisitions and disposal of large commercial premises
You will work for a wide range of clients including small and medium sized businesses, large corporate and PLCs and must have demonstrable experience of client care and management. Ideally you should be prepared to be involved in business development activity and share the firm’s desire to provide excellent client service.
In return you will be part of an exciting office environment offering a full range of legal expertise. This role is open to existing partners or senior solicitors looking to make the next significant step in their career. Based central Lincoln.
