A leading litigation practice is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Leeds office as part of a senior solicitor leadership group.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with proven experience working in a process driven environment to take on a broader supervisory role supporting team performance, technical excellence and departmental growth, while managing a smaller complex caseload. Our client is looking for solicitors with good analytical skills who are interested in supervising and driving team performance.
- Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach
- Willingness to train and develop as a specialist debt recovery solicitor
- Managing your own smaller caseload of higher value debt recovery and commercial dispute work
- Advising clients on strategy, risk and outcomes
- Supporting junior team members and assisting with team performance
- Working closely with senior leadership on quality and process improvement
