A leading Yorkshire law firm is looking to expand its housing team with the addition of an experienced housing solicitor. You will play a key role in managing a varied caseload covering all aspects of housing law. The firm’s client base includes housing associations, local authorities and private sector entities.
Suitable candidates will be able to advise on a broad spectrum of housing law matters, including but not limited to:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Housing disrepair
- Leasehold issues
- Possession proceedings
It would be beneficial to be able to provide representation in courts and tribunals. This vacancy is aimed at more senior candidates of over 6 years pqe to director level.
