The firm is a leading insurance sector focussed law firm with a strong national presence. It is recognised as one of the leading firms focussed on the insurance sector. The role will see you join the firm's commercial litigation team that deals with property risk and coverage work. The work is often high value and complex with a focus on property damage, coverage and subrogated claims.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Prior experience in property damage claims at a recognised defendant insurance team.
- As a guide you would be expected to have a minimum of 3 years pqe as a solicitor or CILEx.
- Able to manage a caseload with a reasonable level of autonomy.
- Good communication skills as there is often significant interaction with key clients and other members of the team.
