This employment team works on all aspects of employment law. You will assist in providing advice to a wide range of public and private sector clients on all aspects of employment law including: advising on employment contracts; performance and absence management; disciplinary and grievance procedures; and managing restructuring redundancies and executive severance. The team also advises on all aspects of discrimination and deals with employment tribunal and High Court litigation as well as implementing HR policies; managing risk from employment legislation; business transfers and TUPE. Candidates in the region of 2-8 yrs pqe with a respondent background are of most interest.
