Are you looking to further your legal career within Crime & Regulatory work? A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team in Manchester. In this role, you will work for insurers representing large charities, public sector organisations, SMEs, and individuals in a range of regulatory disputes. This includes professional discipline, CQC/Ofsted work, health, safety, environmental, transport, inquests, public law, healthcare crime, and interviews under caution.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced regulatory lawyer with a strong track record of technical expertise. Advocacy experience is an advantage. Key requirements include:
- Proven history of technical excellence in crime or regulatory law.
- Some experience with insurance claims, particularly legal expenses and liability insurance claims would be advantageous.
- Client management and practice development experience.
- First-class client care and communication skills.
- Positive and cooperative interaction with team members.
- Business development experience is a bonus.
