Job Description:
Leading law firm require an additional solicitor for their corporate team. Ideally you will be in the region of 2+ years pqe and have excellent academics and solid corporate experience from a Legal 500 listed team. You will assist the team with a variety of corporate transactions and have experience in any of : mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, flotations and share issues, buy outs and corporate governance. Exciting role within one of Newcastle’s top corporate team.
