Junior construction litigation NQ is sought by the Leeds office of a national law firm. As part of the construction team you will assist on a variety of construction disputes. This includes pre-action negotiations, court proceedings adjudications and alternative dispute resolution methods . You represent a wide range of clients including property owners, developers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
Open to candidates who are NQ-1 who are working in construction litigation or have done one seat in construction litigation. Legal 500 listed team offering continued professional development and a supportive environment.
