Our client is looking for a commercial lawyer to join their health team. You will possess NQ – 4 years PQE or equivalent, with relevant experience in acting for health sector clients in the provision of commercial matters. It is important that you are able to display a broad relevant commercial knowledge base (including drafting and negotiation). A comprehensive knowledge of the Health Service would be an advantage.
Your role will also involve advising public and private sector bodies on all aspects of commercial contracting, including exercise of powers, related constitutional issues, public procurement including EU Directives, and all types of contracts for the purchase of goods and services.
