An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate (3–5 PQE+) to join a nationally recognised employment team within a leading UK law firm specialising in the health, social care, life sciences and third sector markets.
Based in the firm’s London office, you will advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse client base that includes providers, commissioners, regulators and policy makers. You will work as part of a collaborative national practice, gaining access to high-quality work while developing your own experience and profile within a supportive and well-established team.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with ideally 3–5 years’ PQE (applications outside this range will be considered on merit) and a strong grounding in employment law.
- Solid experience handling employment tribunal claims and managing contentious matters autonomously.
- Confidence running ET litigation files day-to-day, alongside advising on non-contentious advisory work.
- The ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers, trainees and apprentices, delegating effectively while supporting their development.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the ability to deliver clear, commercial advice in a fast-moving environment.
Salary £70,000–£85,000 depending on experience.
