Are you a Property Litigation Lawyer looking to join a nationally recognised real estate disputes practice? This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a highly regarded team within a leading international law firm, working on complex and high-profile property disputes for a diverse client base across the public and private sectors.

Joining a market-leading Real Estate Disputes team, you will work alongside experienced specialists advising developers, investors, landlords, insurers and commercial occupiers on a broad range of contentious property matters. The team has built a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused advice and works closely with colleagues across real estate, construction, projects and wider litigation practices. Collaboration is at the heart of the team's success, offering excellent opportunities for professional development and exposure to high-quality work.

You will advise on a varied caseload of property disputes, including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters
  • Break notices, alienation issues and dilapidations claims
  • Development-related disputes and strategic development advice
  • Rights to light disputes for developers and insurers
  • Property contract disputes
  • Property-related insolvency matters
  • Easements, rights of way and restrictive covenant disputes
  • Adverse possession claims
  • Residential landlord and tenant matters where required

You will also play an active role supporting in client relationship management, business development and supporting the continued growth of the firm's North West presence.

To be considered, you will ideally have:

  • 2+ years' PQE in Property Litigation or Real Estate Disputes
  • Experience gained within a reputable regional, national or international law firm
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to team working
  • A genuine enthusiasm for business development and networking
