An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a respected and expanding Residential Development & New Homes team based in Bristol. This is a pivotal position for an experienced residential property specialist seeking a challenging, high-quality caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking environment. Working closely with senior colleagues in the wider Real Estate division, you will handle complex and technical residential property matters, combining elements of development, finance, and investment work.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx professional with 5+ years’ PQE in residential property.
- Proven experience handling complex conveyancing, development transactions, and investment-related property work.
- Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage your own caseload independently.
- Commercially astute, client-focused, and confident advising on complex transactions with minimal supervision.
- Experience acting for developers, investors, and lenders is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor junior colleagues and build strong client relationships.
- A proactive approach to business development and an enthusiasm for contributing to the department’s ongoing success.
