An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Serious Injury Fee Earner to join a highly regarded legal team in Birmingham. Acting on a caseload of catastrophic and fatal injury matters, this role offers exposure to complex, life-changing cases including brain, spinal, orthopaedic, amputation, and fatality claims. You will have autonomy on claims valued up to £100k, while also assisting senior colleagues with multi-million-pound matters, gaining invaluable specialist experience within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The position is open to Legal Executives and Solicitors with approximately a minimum of 2 years’ PQE. You should have:
- Strong experience handling serious and high-value injury cases
- A proactive approach to case progression, with confidence in litigation and meeting court deadlines
- Excellent client care skills, including regular personal engagement and a focus on communication
- The ability to value quantum and achieve effective settlements
- A genuine interest in early intervention and rehabilitation for clients
- Experience with case management systems and keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changes will be advantageous.
