This flexible role provides essential cover across Residential and New Build conveyancing departments, supporting live caseloads during peak periods or colleague absences. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Qualified Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE (or equivalent conveyancing experience).
- Proven experience managing or supporting Residential and/or New Build conveyancing transactions.
- Confident handling Source of Funds checks, searches, and sale enquiries.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly to new caseloads.
- Proficient in case management systems (Proclaim experience advantageous).
- Must hold valid right to work in the UK and be based in mainland UK.
