Role Overview:
Join a highly regarded personal injury firm handling mid- to high-value multi-track claims (EL/PL/RTA). You will manage cases from instruction to settlement or trial, liaise with experts, negotiate robustly with insurers, and provide exceptional client care. The role offers a hybrid working model with team collaboration days in the office.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- PQE 2+ years handling multi-track claimant PI cases
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding billing targets
- Strong litigation experience including drafting pleadings and witness statements
- Ability to assess liability and quantum using medical evidence and current case law
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff
