An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the Court of Protection team of a leading national law firm, recognised for its people‑focused culture and strong presence across the UK. Based in its office in Newcastle, this role offers the chance to work within a highly experienced and supportive team acting for vulnerable individuals who lack the mental capacity to manage their own financial and personal affairs.

You will handle a varied caseload covering deputyship matters, advisory work and complex welfare and financial disputes, helping to deliver genuinely life‑changing outcomes for clients and their families. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
