The role involves managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from instruction through to conclusion, including litigated cases. You will work closely with clients, medical experts and other stakeholders, delivering clear, high-quality advice while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- 3–6 years’ PQE handling clinical negligence matters
- Experience managing litigated clinical negligence claims from start to finish
- Strong case management and progression skills
- Proven billing record
