Anakin Seal Legal Recruitment is working with a leading national law firm that is offering an excellent retrain opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor looking to develop a specialist career within the insurance sector.

The firm is keen to hear from ambitious litigators who enjoy handling complex disputes and are interested in moving into property insurance work. The team acts for leading insurer clients on a wide range of property damage claims and coverage disputes, providing comprehensive training and support to lawyers making the transition from other litigation disciplines.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

• Qualified Solicitor from NQ level upwards.
• Litigation experience gained in areas such as commercial litigation, professional negligence, property litigation, personal injury, civil litigation or a related discipline.
• Strong case management and dispute resolution skills.
• Desire to develop specialist expertise within the insurance sector.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Commercially aware and proactive approach.
• Strong academics and a commitment to professional development.
