A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor to join its Clinical Negligence team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded practice supporting clients through complex and life‑changing clinical negligence claims. Working closely with a respected Partner in the West Midlands team, you will gain exposure to a broad range of high‑value and sensitive matters, including brain injuries, delayed cancer diagnoses, fatal claims, and serious orthopaedic injuries. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Qualified Solicitor with minimum 2 years’ PQE in Clinical/Medical Negligence (claimant experience essential)
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload, including litigated matters
- Experience assisting on high‑value, complex claims across multiple medical disciplines
- Strong client care skills with the ability to provide clear, empathetic legal advice
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
