Anaglyph is seeking a proactive and versatile Customer Success & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting mix of client engagement with prestigious engineering firms and leading marketing campaigns for our cutting‑edge software and Augmented Reality manufacturing solutions.

You’ll work from our London office, with occasional national and international travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns: plan and execute email campaigns, manage digital content, maintain social media accounts, and update the website News Page.
- Produce marketing content: create internal content or work with client‑provided photos, videos, models, and testimonials.
- Manage the early‑stage customer lifecycle: handle enquiries, coordinate trials and demos, follow up during trials, and maintain clean, structured CRM records to support ongoing engagement.
- Oversee software maintenance renewals and related documentation, providing clear communication, timely confirmations, and ensuring a smooth renewal experience.
- Support sponsorship programs: coordinate student team sponsorship schemes, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Organise and participate in industry events and trade shows, representing Anaglyph and supporting both marketing and customer success objectives.
Required Background
- Experience in marketing, customer success, or client engagement roles.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with CRM systems, Office suite, and content generation platforms.
- Comfortable learning new technologies as needed.
- Willingness and ability to travel abroad occasionally.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience and/or degree in engineering, science or technology sectors, ideally with knowledge of composite materials.
- Experience with account management or working with high‑profile clients.
- Fluency in foreign languages.
- UK driving licence.
