This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving brand with real momentum and help shape what comes next.

We are looking for an Ecommerce & Product Marketing Lead to own how our products are presented, positioned, and brought to market online. This person will sit across ecommerce, product marketing, website experience, and product development support — helping ensure our products are clear, compelling, well-merchandised, and commercially strong.

You will play a key role in shaping how customers experience the brand on site, how new and existing products are communicated, and how insights from customers, the market, and performance data are turned into stronger products and stronger execution. This is not a narrow CRO role. It is a broad commercial role focused on making sure the right products are built, presented properly, and sold effectively online.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Ownership
    • Own the day-to-day quality and effectiveness of the ecommerce experience
    • Improve how products are presented across product pages, collections, landing pages, and site journeys
    • Ensure the website clearly communicates product value, trust, and differentiation
    • Oversee merchandising, onsite messaging, launch setup, and promotional execution
    • Work with internal team members and external partners to keep the site commercially strong and well maintained
  • Product Marketing
    • Own product positioning, messaging, and customer-facing communication
    • Write and refine product copy, benefit-driven messaging, feature explanations, and launch narratives
    • Make sure every product is presented in a way that is easy to understand and compelling to buy
    • Turn customer feedback, reviews, competitor research, and founder vision into stronger messaging and better product presentation
    • Lead the marketing side of new product launches and product updates
  • Product & Offer Development Support
    • Support product improvement through customer insight, market feedback, and commercial thinking
    • Help shape product concepts, refinements, packaging ideas, and overall offer strength
    • Work closely with the founder to identify where products can be improved or expanded
    • Help ensure product development is aligned with real customer demand and clear market positioning
  • Creative & Asset Direction
    • Help guide product imagery, photography, and visual presentation across the website
    • Work with designers, editors, creators, and marketers to improve how products are showcased
    • Ensure assets are clear, persuasive, on-brand, and commercially effective
    • Maintain a high standard across site presentation, launch materials, and product storytelling
  • Cross-Functional Execution
    • Coordinate between marketing, ecommerce, operations, and product-related workstreams
    • Help prioritise projects that improve customer experience and commercial performance
    • Support execution across launches, product updates, website improvements, and merchandising changes
    • Manage relevant team members or contractors where appropriate
    • Turn founder direction into clear action across teams
What Success Looks Like
  • Products are presented more clearly and more powerfully online
  • The website feels stronger, cleaner, and more commercially effective
  • New product launches are well executed and well communicated
  • Product pages and collections better reflect customer needs and buying motivations
  • Customer insight is regularly turned into better messaging, better offers, and better products
  • Ecommerce, product, and marketing execution feel more joined up across the business
Key KPIs
  • Online store revenue
  • Revenue by product/category
  • Product launch performance
  • Average order value
  • Merchandising performance by SKU/category
  • Product page engagement
  • Add-to-cart rate
  • Website bounce and exit trends on key pages
  • Speed and quality of launch execution
  • Contribution to stronger product presentation and product sell-through
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong experience in ecommerce, product marketing, brand marketing, or DTC growth
  • Able to improve how products are positioned, packaged, and sold online
  • Strong understanding of product pages, merchandising, customer buying behaviour, and ecommerce best practice
  • Excellent copy and messaging instincts
  • Strong commercial judgment with an eye for both brand and performance

  • Able to work closely with a founder in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with physical consumer products, ideally in DTC ecommerce
