KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In-store customer experience, talking about the brand, showcasing the jewellery creations, carrying out the sale, packaging and after sales service.
- Responding to customer email, WhatsApp and Message requests.
- Managing the boutique packaging level.
- Changing the boutique jewellery displays, ensuring the jewellery is clean and displays are tidy.
- Managing the stock including assistance with regular stock-checks.
- Creating stock reports.
- Manage inventory for customer repairs, bespoke items and stock repairs.
- Support with customer retention including events calendar, sending emails and gifts.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Luxury Retail Experience: 2 years' minimum experience working in a Luxury Retail Environment.
- Keen interest in luxury fashion/jewellery/lifestyle brands.
- Digital proficiency, learning agility, and a growth mindset.
- Adeptness in Mac software, Microsoft Office suites including Excel.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of jewellery materials, gemstones, and design trends.
- Customer Service Orientation: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in transactions and maintaining visual standards.
- Teamwork: Being able to collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Languages: verbal and written Arabic Language is preferred.
