The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Hard FM operations and statutory compliance
  • Coordinating contractors and monitoring service delivery
  • Maintaining workplace standards and operational efficiency
  • Managing facilities administration and reporting
  • Supporting Health & Safety and compliance activities
  • Providing operational support to Workplace Management and Front of House teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years’ Facilities Management experience with a Hard Services bias
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a client-facing corporate environment
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • Proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to pass BS7858 security vetting
  • Valid SIA Front Line Licence, or willingness to obtain one (fully funded by Anabas)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, 40 hours per week
