What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Hard FM operations and statutory compliance
- Coordinating contractors and monitoring service delivery
- Maintaining workplace standards and operational efficiency
- Managing facilities administration and reporting
- Supporting Health & Safety and compliance activities
- Providing operational support to Workplace Management and Front of House teams
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ Facilities Management experience with a Hard Services bias
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a client-facing corporate environment
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to pass BS7858 security vetting
- Valid SIA Front Line Licence, or willingness to obtain one (fully funded by Anabas)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, 40 hours per week
