We are currently recruiting a Post Room / Front of House Advocate to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in the Surbiton/Tolworth area. This is a multi‑disciplinary role requiring someone who can deliver exceptional service across both the post/delivery room and front‑of‑house reception.
Location: Surbiton KT5, London. Full‑time role with a 40‑hour workweek.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and personable manner.
- Efficiently and courteously handle all incoming calls for the client’s business.
- Respond to queries while strictly adhering to security protocols.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
- Manage Post Room including receiving goods, noting some may require heavy lifting.
- Internal and external post and large packages collection and distribution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a receptionist and facilities assistant in a corporate office environment, ideally serving high‑end clientele.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in both fast‑paced and calm environments, maintaining high service standards while managing multiple tasks.
