We are looking for a Technical Service Project Manager working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday at an annual salary between £60,000 to £65,000 based on experience.
As Technical Services Projects Manager, you will support a key client with an exciting pipeline of over 20 projects, playing a key role in delivering their asset strategy and improvement plans.
Working closely with the engineering team, site lead, project teams and contractors, you will provide technical FM expertise throughout the project lifecycle. You will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal operational disruption, while integrating effectively with M&E, BMS, security, fire safety and other critical building systems.
From reviewing designs and assessing operational impacts to supporting commissioning and handover, you will help deliver successful projects that protect and enhance the client’s estate.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the FM representative for ITN workplace and building projects.

Review designs and proposals to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and systems.

Protect critical assets, manage operational risks and minimise disruption.

Ensure compliance and integration with M&E, BMS, security, fire and other building systems.

Coordinate project activities with operational FM teams.

Support commissioning, handover, asset information and maintenance documentation.

Provide technical guidance on operational, maintenance and compliance requirements.

Engage with stakeholders, contractors and specialists to support successful project delivery and commercial outcomes.

Support ITN’s long-term asset management and operational strategy.

Work with the Technical Services Account Manager on FMR reviews and quarterly reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

At least 5 years’ experience in a Project Management or QS role within Facilities Management.

Experience managing or costing Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric projects.
Skills

Strong hard services and project management background.

Extensive Facilities Management experience.

Sound knowledge of project planning, planned maintenance, quality and health & safety standards.

Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
