We are currently recruiting a Post Room / Front of House Advocate to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in the Surbiton/Tolworth area. This is a multi‐disciplinary role requiring someone who can deliver exceptional service across both the post/delivery room and front‐of‐house reception.

Location: Surbiton KT5, London. Full‐time role with a 40‐hour workweek.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and personable manner.
  • Efficiently and courteously handle all incoming calls for the client's business.
  • Respond to queries while strictly adhering to security protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage Post Room including receiving goods, noting some may require heavy lifting.
  • Internal and external post and large packages collection and distribution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist and facilities assistant in a corporate office environment, ideally serving high‐end clientele.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in both fast‐paced and calm environments, maintaining high service standards while managing multiple tasks.
