Anabas is a dynamic national Facilities Management company, dedicated to delivering exceptional workplace experiences for corporate office occupiers. We are currently seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Security Officer to join our team in London for night time work.

Shift pattern: Thursday to Sunday, 18:00 to 06:00, with overtime on nights and day shift when needed (as agreed on an adhoc basis).

Salary: £14.80 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent

BS7858 vetting level will be required.

As a key member of the on-site Security Team, you will:

  • Patrol and safeguard the entire premises, ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, contractors, and company assets
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to any incidents, emergencies, or security breaches
  • Assist in the coordination and safe evacuation of personnel during emergencies
  • Promote and maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all building users
  • Support Health & Safety objectives and assist with first aid or in aiding trained First Aiders
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and site teams to uphold the highest security standards
  • Work in a control room environment as an essential part of the role

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a corporate security role (ideally in a front-facing environment)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy is an essential element as you will need to work on door access software and CCTV
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively during incidents
  • A team-oriented approach and commitment to providing excellent service
  • Valid SIA licence (required)
