Mobile Workplace Assistant – Anabas - London

Salary: £33,207
Hours: Permanent, Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 6:30pm

We are seeking a full-time Mobile Workplace Assitantto join our fast-paced mobile team in London.

The Role

As a Mobile Workplace Assitant, you will ensure a seamless workplace experience by supporting reception services, meeting room management, facilities operations, mail services, workplace audits, and general client support.

The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and welcoming reception service for all visitors and guests.
  • Manage visitor sign-in using the client's visitor management system.
  • Notify hosts promptly of visitor arrivals.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls courteously and efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries.
  • Ensure visitor passes are prepared in advance for meetings and events.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area.
  • Respond to emails professionally and within agreed service levels.
  • Conduct regular floor walks and workplace audits.
  • Identify, report and where possible resolve workplace issues promptly.
  • Service and replenish print and copy areas, including paper and toner.
  • Order and replenish stationery supplies.
  • Distribute and collect internal mail and courier items.
  • Set up meeting rooms to client specifications, ensuring rooms are fully prepared and fit for purpose.
  • Support internal and client events, meetings and functions.
  • Report and, where appropriate, resolve minor maintenance issues.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • Previous corporate office experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, able to manage customer expectations
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • A positive team player with a flexible, can-do approach
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering work to a high standard

Pre employment vetting clearance is required before the start of any employment for this role and includes a 5 year employment and DBS check.
