Anabas is a dynamic national Facilities Management company, specialising in delivering exceptional workplace experiences for corporate office occupiers and their staff and customers. We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Receptionist to support a number of our prestigious client sites. This role is ideal for a confident, professional receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will be adaptable, highly organised, and able to quickly understand and meet the needs of different client locations.
Pre-employment vetting clearance is required for this role before any employment is to commence. This will include a DBS and credit check.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reception cover across multiple client sites, often at short notice, requiring a high level of flexibility
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across all locations
- Manage all incoming calls efficiently and courteously
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle enquiries while strictly adhering to security and access procedures
- Arrange transport requirements, including taxis and local travel
- Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a corporate office environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different sites and systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
